CONSMOS Group Corporate Culture Training Successfully Held

• Corporate culture is the root and soul of an enterprise’s development, and the core force that unites the team and drives progress. To help new employees deeply understand the corporate culture, guide existing employees to revisit their original aspirations, and strengthen cultural identity and team cohesion, CONSMOS Group recently held a special training session on corporate culture. The training was personally conducted by the Chairman, with newly recruited employees, colleagues from the Quality Control Center and branch offices participating in this inspiring cultural journey.






At the beginning of the training, all participants reviewed the group's standardized morning meeting process together. Forming a line, praising each other, and reciting the core concepts of corporate culture in unison, a series of standardized actions quickly created a strong team atmosphere on site. The slogan "CONSMOS for All, a Common Cause" was resounding and powerful; the strategic positioning, mission and vision were deeply rooted in everyone's minds. Every shout demonstrated the sense of belonging and identity of CONSMOS people, laying a tone of unity and common direction for the training.




In the ice-breaking session, new and existing employees took turns to introduce themselves, focusing on their respective positions and core job responsibilities. New employees recounted their growth and gains since joining CONSMOS, expressed their high recognition of the enterprise's development philosophy, and also shared their beautiful visions for future work; existing employees, combining their own struggle experience in CONSMOS, told little stories of growing and progressing together with the enterprise. The on-site communication atmosphere was relaxed and warm, which not only allowed everyone to fully and in-depth understand the work content of each position in the company, laying a solid foundation for cross-departmental collaboration and efficient work in the future, but also narrowed the distance between new and existing employees, gathering the team strength of moving forward together with one heart and one mind.




In the core session of the training, the Chairman delivered an in-depth interpretation of the corporate culture. Taking the group's 16-year development history as the thread, he vividly told the story of CONSMOS's struggle in the building materials industry — from rooting in Linyi and setting sail in 2010, to building an intelligent production base and constructing a global trade network covering more than 130 countries and regions; from winning more than 20 qualifications such as AEO Advanced Certification and National High-tech Enterprise, to launching the strategy of "10 Billion Target, Century-old Enterprise, 100 Business Divisions" and practicing the integrated layout of "R&D + Production + Trade".




Throughout the training, all participants were full of enthusiasm for learning, listening carefully, taking detailed notes, and actively participating in interactions. Everyone said that through this training, they had systematically learned the group's development history, cultural concepts and strategic planning, deeply understood the core belief of "CONSMOS for All, a Common Cause" and the core values of "Integrity, Standardization, Long-term Win-win", and clarified their work direction, responsibilities and mission. This training was not only a transfer of knowledge, but also a revisit of the original aspiration and a gathering of strength. In the future, CONSMOS Group will continue to deepen the construction of corporate culture, making cultural concepts take root in people's hearts and empower development.
