SPC floor introduction

SPC flooring stands for Stone Plastic Composite Flooring.
SPC Click Lock flooring consists of a thickened wear-resistant layer, a UV coating, a color film texture layer, and a base
material. This type of flooring is known in Europe and the United States as RVP (rigid vinyl plank). Its base material is a
composite board made by mixing stone powder and thermoplastic polymer materials and then extruding them at high
temperatures. It combines the properties and characteristics of both wood and plastic, ensuring the floor's strength and
toughness.
SPC Interlocking Flooring Structure
1. Wear-Resistant Layer: A transparent PNC wear-resistant layer, approximately 0.3mm thick, offers a translucent texture, strong adhesion, and excellent wear and scratch resistance
2. UV Coating: A coating formed by curing UV oil with a curing agent to prevent UV rays from evaporating the chemical substances within the board.
3. Color Film Layer: A decorative layer with various wood, stone, and carpet patterns to suit different occasions and tastes.
4. Polymer Base Layer: A composite board made by mixing stone powder and thermoplastic polymer materials and then extruding them at high temperatures. This flooring combines the properties and characteristics of both wood and plastic, resulting in excellent strength and toughness.
5.IXPE (Optional): Improved sound absorption and comfortable walking.

SPC interlocking technology uses interlocking joints around the floorboards to create a cohesive structure. Interlocking technology achieves "self-connection" without the need for any external components, making it a leading flooring structure in the industry. Especially with the rise of geothermal heating, repeated trials have led to the industry's recognition that interlocking flooring can be installed directly over underfloor heating to ensure effective thermal conductivity, while also ensuring the floor's stability.
