Eyes brimming with passion, hearts rooted in professionalism! The first 2026 Morning Star Training Camp of CONSMOS Group kicked off vibrantly. At the opening of the event, the person in charge of the Human Resources Center of CONSMOS Group introduced the overall schedule of the training camp. The 2026 Morning Star Training Camp will be carried out in four orderly phases. A comprehensive PK point incentive system will be implemented throughout the training, with scoring covering five major categories: daily attendance, in-class participation, completion of after-class assignments, corporate culture sharing and practical business order achievements. This program is designed to cultivate outstanding new employees of CONSMOS who are passionate about foreign trade, professionally competent, proactive and pragmatic in pursuit of excellence.
To prepare for this talent showcase, new employees of CONSMOS brainstormed in advance to come up with distinctive team names and inspiring, catchy slogans. The stage was filled with a heated atmosphere during the performance, which marked the first round of the camp’s point competition. Tiered point rewards were granted to teams based on their rankings. Mentor-apprentice training has long been a talent development tradition passed down within CONSMOS Group. Many senior backbones with outstanding performance and rich hands-on experience serve as exclusive mentors for new employees all year round. Several mentors were specially invited to attend the apprenticeship ceremony during this training camp. Newcomers presented apprenticeship cards and offered tea to their mentors one by one. The solemn ritual embodies our original aspiration to pass on foreign trade expertise from generation to generation. Mentors will provide full-cycle guidance, walking new staff through business workflows step by step and breaking down various industrial challenges, helping them quickly accumulate practical experience and lay a solid foundation for their work.

The person in charge of the Group Operation Center gave special training on international logistics, explaining cost and lead time management in combination with local shipping routes. An outstanding young sales representative from Linyi CONSMOS Import & Export Co., Ltd. shared his exclusive *Foreign Trade Growth Manual*, presenting practical long-term development plans. Points were awarded for active classroom participation and excellent test results, fully motivating everyone to think proactively and study diligently.
